At our initial meeting we will discuss the design of your wedding cake, which can range from classical to contemporary, to novelty or you may want small individual cakes. We will also discuss shapes and colours, before moving on to the types of flavours you would like of which there are many choices from fruit cake to carrot cake, or sponge for the lighter portion.

Furthermore I will meet with you as often as it takes for you to be assured of your chosen wedding cake. I find this produces a very personal and bespoke wedding cake service that does not stop until I have delivered your cake to your chosen venue and set it up to my very high standards. This produces a marvellous centrepiece for all to enjoy that is as individual as you are.
